About me

I am a fashion design student at Parsons School of Design, currently in my fourth year. With admiration for my peers and fellow creatives, I am continuously motivated and inspired to be part of a community of like-minded individuals. Having felt a need for an outlet for creative expression since childhood, I strive to honor my past self through a therapeutic and nostalgic process of making. Thoughtful, intentional creation leads me to material-driven pieces that push the boundaries of silhouette and multi-functionality. Using a combination of wovens and knitwear, I aim to create pieces that promote free expression of identity, with my strong sense of femininity as a constant source of inspiration. Each of my pieces are grounded in hand work, often incorporating hand knitting into the construction of my garments. I also embrace juxtaposition in my work, whether through materials or conceptual ideas.
